Let Rozier Designer Homes Inc build your new home and/or addition on your lot, and we'll provide the blue prints free of charge, after a signed agreement has been made and a down payment placed toward the new construction and/or addition.

We can build and customize that new home/addition, giving you: one vaulted ceiling, ceramic tile in the kitchen, 12 course basement when possible, one double tray ceiling in the dining room, 9'-0" ceilings on the first floor, 8'-0" on the second floor, 20% partial brick front on any home 2,400 sq ft and over, and one standard 32" wood and gas burning fireplace on any new home, all included in the price. We also feature and use double hung Kaytec Windows as our standard windows. Our standard cabinets are Medallion, Quality Maid, or Kraft Maid Cabinetry.  Please note that if you, the homeowner, choose not to take advantage of these new home standards/discounts mentioned herein, there shall not be a price reduction in the construction cost, so take advantage of the given upgrades mentioned herein.

We use one of the finest Amish framers and we consider them the best in the industry with a strong dedication to excellence.

Our plumbing package includes: standard Moen faucets, standard Aker bathtub and shower stall units, standard Mansfield toilets and vanity sinks for all bathrooms.

Electrical standards are as follows: we use recessed lighting in all hallways and hard wired fire alarms in all bedrooms and hallways on a parallel system with a battery backup. We will also let the homeowner use a licensed and bonded alarm company to install an alarm system while the home is being built.

The standard wood trim will be poplar, painted white, and six paneled colonist doors for the interior of the home.

The builder shall use all standard flat finishes within the new construction of the home and the homeowner shall have a choice of two colors within rooms of the home.

Drywall standards are as follows: roll up or drag style finishes in all closets, flat smooth finishes on all other walls, and star burst ceiling designs for the ceiling textures.

We give a one year home guarantee for structure and drywall settlement cracks, all electrical work, installed light fixtures and light switches, all appliances; including Moen faucets and garbage disposals.  Please note: concrete sidewalks, basement, and garage concrete flooring foundations are under a limited warranty.

All wood flooring, carpets, and tile flooring will be covered under warranty for a period of one year; this is limited to normal wear and tear of flooring.
