PURCHASE POLICY AND AGREEMENT Our new home construction blue print price is based at one dollar and twenty five cents ($1.25), per square foot. For example, if you order a set of blue prints for a home that's 2,000 square feet, then you'll pay $2,500.00 for that set of custom designed blue prints. Our blue prints for home additions require that we come out to your home or site and take detailed measurements. Our base price begins at six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50), per square foot. Our policy is one half of the total amount due prior to the start of any blue print design. The balance is due prior to delivery of blue prints once Rozier Designer Homes has notified the homeowner and/or builder that the blue prints have been completed. All blue print orders come with two complete sets of prints. Site plans are an additional one thousand four hundred dollars ($1,400.00). When requested, we will provide two sets of site plans attached with your home plans. It is also the sole responsibility of the builder and/or homeowner to provide Rozier Designer Homes of all land specifications and city code setbacks, frontage, and lot dimensions in order to design the proper size home for your lot. All blue prints and designs should be reviewed by the city and/or county engineer to approve each design for specifications and codes for construction within that area prior to any construction. This is the sole responsibility of the builder and/or homeowner thereof. There shall be no refunds on started blue prints and/or designs once designer and/or architect have started. There will be an additional cost of eight hundred and fifty dollars ($850.00), for an engineer's seal upon the blue print design if required by the city or requested by the builder and/or homeowner.
