The objective of Rozier Designer Homes is to provide unique home designs and/or blue prints for an addition to an existing home. This includes construction of new homes and additions. We also provide remodeling services of finished basements, kitchens, tile and wood flooring, and much more within the communities of Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, and Lake Counties.

Rozier Designer Homes has been servicing the surrounding counties for seven years and providing new home residential blue prints and blue prints for additions to communities for five years.

Jeffrey Rozier Sr., President of Rozier Designer Homes, experience started over 30 years ago while working with his father Marshall Rozier, Sr. on numerous homes and at various work sites with a well known construction company known as Turner Construction. His Father was a laborer for ten years and a foreman for 20 years with Turner Construction, thus passing his knowledge and experiences of residential and commercial construction to his sons.

Here at Rozier Designer Homes, we specialize in contemporary home blue prints and designs with vaulted ceilings and decorative drywall designs on walls and ceilings. We make things simple with a creative touch that will be cost effective to the homeowner and keeping the builder's cost in mind for the construction. We can design homes personally for your construction company and/or your family, or you may pick a blue print from our catalog of home designs. 
 
Our selection of prints is customized for each homeowner. We stand on good policy of not generating multiple copies of one home in one area. We believe that a diverse community is a community of value and character.
